Created with Microsoft Visual Basic, The Alliance Windows Suite of applications provide a powerful relational database storage system with an easy to use GUI front end to provide you with simple, yet powerful tools to complete your daily tasks. Our software is based on Object Oriented Programming to provide a faster, more user friendly experience. We use Microsoft SQL Server and the TSQL query language to ensure fast data transactions.

• CIS / Utility Management System accounts receivables management and utility billing software with work order functions

• Automated cashiering systems for management of counter operations including single-entry of payments, POS electronic cash drawer interfacing and receipt printing
• Accounting and financial systems including fund accounting, cash management, accounts payable, payroll/personnel and reporting
• Financial management and budgeting applications for decision support and appropriations activities
• Inventory control systems for maintaining optimum inventory levels and computing value and cost statistics
• Property tax management applications with billing and accounts receivables management functions including automated exonerations
• Municipal applications for management of various taxes, licenses and fees including business licenses
• Service Order Management sub-module for logging, scheduling, and managing utility service orders.

The new architecture of our ALLIANCE™ application suite includes these primary components:

Multi-tiered

That is, three tiers for separate management of screens, business rules/logic, and the data

Object-oriented

This design will add efficiencies and reliability by recurrent use of common software functionality from a single location with the software code, rather than duplicating in various locations.

Relational

Either the MSDE or SQL Server relational database engine will be used. This will provide the ability to deploy new features with minimal time and expense.
