  United Systems welcomes the opportunity to undertake full responsibility for the success of your entire system implementation--hardware, software, and all related services!

Our implementation process begins with thorough planning, which includes management goal-setting, security and review of internal controls. We work with your staff in setting a start-up schedule, analyzing workflow and determining user responsibilities.

Next, combinations of group and one-on-one training sessions begin. Information gathered in earlier planning is then used for our instructors to tailor the sessions to address your overall training objectives, as well as your staff's individual needs. We feel that effective training is the most vital ingredient to any implementation!

Once we go-live, our Support Team is at your service. At United, we truly realize the importance of comprehensive support services and we have assembled a customer service plan that is second to none. Our Help Desk offers assistance with the day-to-day procedures involved in using the applications. Assistance is primarily furnished over our toll-free telephone support lines. For situations requiring more advanced measures, remote modem support is also available. Remote modem support gives our Support Team quick access to your system --just as if they were on-site and in a matter of minutes.

Hardware service is also available through United Systems. Our service department provides responsive on-site recovery services when your operation needs it. In addition to our remedial service, we also offer system upgrade and preventative maintenance services.
